Colorado Springs

Welcome to Colorado Springs

An innovative and growing community located at the base of Pikes Peak Mountain

Colorado Springs is lauded for its natural beauty and its location nestled close to the base of the monumental Pikes Peak Mountain and the iconic Garden of the Gods landmark. Not only are there plenty of gorgeous recreational parks and landmarks in Colorado Springs, but the community also boasts an urbanscape, which provides residents with the opportunity to live in the country or in the heart of downtown.

In addition to being an early American settlement that was part of the Gold Rush, the town has a rich military history and is home to the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Ft. Carson, and Ft. Peterson. Colorado Springs real estate has everything you could need when it comes to purchasing a home, from historical homes in the 19th-century territorial adobe style to stunning mid-20th-century properties and rustic chalets. Many homes are found in non-gated and gated communities.

What to Love

  • Easy access to the mountains via Highway 24 West
  • Fun public spaces like The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
  • The world-famous Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods
  • The construction of St. Clare Hospital and its advanced technology and digital capabilities

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

There are so many notable shops, fine dining experiences, enticing entertainment venues, and Rocky Mountain Food Tours exclusive to the Colorado Springs area. We recommend The Rabbit Hole for upscale New American cuisine and exotic cocktails.

Those looking for quality home accents can visit The Living Room or Sweetwater’s natural and bohemian home decor collection. The Local Honey Collective is home to a chic women's fashion line, while Scheels’ outdoor gear and accessories make preparing for thrilling sports that much easier.

Things to Do

There's plenty to see and experience in Colorado Springs and the backdrop of the Rockies makes spending leisure time in the area ideal. The Front Range of the Rockies is never far out of view while one is on an adventure outdoors.

The Broadmoor’s spa, golf, and luxury resort is a great place to enjoy a staycation. You’ll be transported into a romantic oasis with its stunning and intricate architecture and amenities. If that doesn’t suit your fancy, the Cheyenne Mountain Resort might. This classy hotel is nestled against a mountainscape and provides guests with a perfect getaway.

Get up close and personal with exotic animals at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, which also houses the world’s rarest giraffe herd, or visit the Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center for its incredible hiking trails, rock climbing opportunities, and segway tours. Equestrian lovers flock to the Fox Run Regional Park, as its sprawling property is home to numerous trails perfect for horseback riding. The park also has lake access and plenty of shaded areas for picnics.

The Olympic and Paralympic Training Center is another notable place to visit. Here, guests can tour the complex and meander through the on-site Hall of Fame.
