Colorado Springs

Welcome to Colorado Springs

An innovative and growing community located at the base of Pikes Peak Mountain

Colorado Springs is lauded for its natural beauty and its location nestled close to the base of the monumental Pikes Peak Mountain and the iconic Garden of the Gods landmark. Not only are there plenty of gorgeous recreational parks and landmarks in Colorado Springs, but the community also boasts an urbanscape, which provides residents with the opportunity to live in the country or in the heart of downtown.

In addition to being an early American settlement that was part of the Gold Rush, the town has a rich military history and is home to the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Ft. Carson, and Ft. Peterson. Colorado Springs real estate has everything you could need when it comes to purchasing a home, from historical homes in the 19th-century territorial adobe style to stunning mid-20th-century properties and rustic chalets. Many homes are found in non-gated and gated communities.
